5 c. frozen hash browns thawed
1/3 c. melted butter/ margarine
1 c. cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press hash brow into the bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate or 8*8 dish; drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 425º for 25 mins. remove hashbrowns from oven, then reduce oven to 350º. Mix ham and cheese together and pour over hashbrowns. Next beat together, eggs, milk salt and pepper and pourover top, Bake an additional 25 mintues. Let cool for 5 mins. before serving.
