1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
2 tbsp. poppy seed
2 -3 cups cut up cooked chicken breast
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1-2 tbsp melted butter
2 cups cooked egg noodles or rice (both optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Mix 1st 4 ingredients together into a 8*8 dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top and pour melted butter over those. Bake for 25-30 mins.

Serve with either rice or noodles. Now I like to put my noodles on the bottom of the cassarole dish 1st then pour mixture on top of that and I think it taste better.
