2 c uncooked oatmeal
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c skim milk
1/2 c egg-beaters or 2 eggs
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce or finely chopped apple
1/4 to 1/2 c Splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 to 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine wet ingredients then add dry
ingredients. Bake in sprayed 8" square pan for 35-45 minutes.
Keeps well in fridge or freezer. Good warm or cold. 2 points
each for 6 servings.
