1.5 tbsp honey
1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper flakes or coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt
2 salmon steaks (6 oz each)

Directions:
Directions:
Mist the cooking spray over a grill pan and warm it over medium
heat. Combine honey, mustard, vinegar, pepper, garlic, and salt.
Brush mixture on salmon. Place in pan and grill 3 to 4 minutes,
then turn and cook for an additional two minutes until done.
