Cake:
1c. softened margarine or butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. Cocoa
1c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extrract
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Bake in a 9" x 13" pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Icing
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. soft margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2c. Cocoa
1/2c. Evaporated Milk
Mix together
