1 1/2 lb. Cooked Chicken
1 (16 oz) bottle- Ranch Dressing *Lite is fine*
1 (8 oz) pkg- Cream Cheese *Low Fat is fine*
1 (12 oz) bottle hot sauce
2 c. Shredded Mozzrella Cheese *Low Fat is fine*

Melt cream cheese and ranch dressing together. Cut chicken into pieces. Place in 13x9 glass pan. Mix hot sauce with the chicken. Pour melted cream cheese and ranch dressing over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix together and serve warm with Tostitos, chips, or celery.

This was a recipe I found from my "Turtle Soup" cookbook that the parents and students put together from Spoede Elementary (hence the "turtle" name as that is our mascot!) I DO know that this has been brought to many functions with the girls gathering from NERINX and it's a hit! Something to keep in mind... just a dip for everyone to nibble on :o)
