Block of Cream Cheese (reduced fat is just fine!)
Chutney of your choice (BUT DONT get Mango... I know from experience)

Place cream cheese block on a nice looking plate.
Pour enough Chutney to cover the cream cheese while also letting some of it drip over the sides to look pretty.
