6 large apples
1/3 c. honey
1/3 cup granola cereal
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. apple juice or water

Directions:
Directions:
Core apples and stand upright in a baking dish. For the filling, mix 3 tbsp. of the honey, granola, rasins, nuts, spices and lemon juice together. Spoon into the centers of each apple. Combine the remaining honey, butter and juice and pour over the apples. Cover and bake at 350º - basting util tender; about 35 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
