4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup half and half
1/4 tsp lemon celery seasoning
1 tbsp chopped parsely
4 tbsp sherry
1 lb backfin crabmeat

Directions:

Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and salt and bring to a boil. Add remaning ingredients. Heat thoroughly, do not boil.
