1 qt mussels, cleaned
1/2 tsp chopped shollts
1/2 tsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 c dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place mussels in to pan; add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over high heat until shells open, about 5 min.. Drain mussels into colander; place in serving dish. Keepwarm.Pour cooking liquid off any sediment in bottom of pan; cook over high heat until reduced to 1/3 volume. Pour over mussels.
