1 3/4 c. flour,
1/2 tsp. salt,
3/4 c sugar,
1 egg slightly beaten,
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
1/3 c. vegetable oil,
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1/4 c. butter

(preheat 350^) In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. In another bowl combine sugar, oil, egg, & milk. Stir into dry ingredients until moist. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with dough. Bake 20-25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Dip tops of warm muffins into butter and dry sugar/cinnamon topping mixture and serve!
