4 small tomato's peeled and chopped 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers 1 tabelspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon coriander or chinese parsley 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 8 oz. can tomato sauce
in a large bowl, combine all ingrediants. cover. chill several hours. makes 3 cups
