1 lg. onion chopped
2 medium carrots finely chopped or grated
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbl. cooking oil
2- 8 oz. cans tomato, cut up
1 tsp. sugar
salt, pepper, dried oregano, crushed, and crushed red pepper all to taste
about 8 oz. pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan cook onion, carrots and garlic in hot oil till tender but not brown. Add undrained tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, and red peppers. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 45 to 60 mins. Cook your pasta top with sauce and enjoy!
