4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin 4 slices deli ham 10 tbsp. Alouette garlic herb spread 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. of half and half 1 package of frozen spinach, cooked and drained
Preheat oven 350º. Lightly grease rectangular glass baking dish. Set two bowls aside fill one with breadcrumbs and one with the milk. Spread a layer of Alouette (about 1tbsp.) onto each piece of chicken, then place a slice of ham and top with spinach. Roll up chicken and secure with toothpick. Dredge chicken in milk then in breadcrumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Place remainder of Alouette in a small sauce pan and whisk in half and half. Bring to a simmer. Serve over chicken.
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie.
