1 package no boil lasagna
1 lb ground beef
4 oz pre-sliced portabella baby mushrooms
1/3 c. diced bell pepper
1/3 c. diced onions
1 jar spaghetti sauce (your choice)
1 c. water
3 c. fresh baby spinach
1 3/4 c. six cheese italian blend

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, pepper and mushrooms. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Place mixture in a bowl and set aside. Place about 2 c. of mixture on bottom of skillet or deep 12" saute pan, cover with lasagna then more sauce, spinach then cheese. Repeat twice. Top with the rest of the sauce and remaining cheese. Cook 3-4 minutes covered until it boils, then simmer 10 minutes.
