2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic cloveminced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
fresh ground pepper
1/3 c olive oil
4 plum tomatoes
6 oz mozzarella
8 to 10 fresh basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing combine the first five ingredients. Mix well. Slice tomatoes and cheese into 1/4" thick slices. Pour marinate over tomatoes amd cheese, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. chop up basil into strips. Sprinkel basil over tomatoes and cheese.
