1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sake
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp. garlic
6 tbsp. sesame oil
3 racks of ribs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Marinate ribs w/ ingredients in pan or ziploc overnight.
3. Heat oven to 300. Cook ribs w/ marinade for 2 hours.
4. Finish on grill. 3 minutes per side.
