1 lb boneless sirloin
5 small red potatoes, halved, unpeeled
3 small carrots, scrubbed, unpeeled
1 large white onion diced
1/2 lb cut green beans
fresh or frozen corn kernels
spicey montreal seasoning
flour or cornstarch
salt and pepper
beef broth optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 1 in. cubes, cut potatoes, carrots and green beans. Brown meat and onion in a heavy kettle. When really browned, sprinkle seasoning to cover. Be careful, this seasoning is very hot! (Marco doesn't think so) It gives it a nice kick! Add other veges and cover with water or beef broth, if desired. Add salt and pepper if desired. Simmer (don't boil! it toughens the meat) for at least an hour. Mix a few tablespoons of flour or cornstarch with a cup of water in a container, shake to mix and add to mixture. Stir and simmer till thickened. Enjoy!
