1 3 lb. chuck roast (Sprinkle both sides with tenderizer) 1/3 cup wine vinegar ¼ cup catsup 2 tablespoons cooking oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Mix vinegar, catsup, oil, soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over meat and marinate about 3 hours at room temperature. Broil, turning about every 10-15 minutes, for 35-45 minutes or until done.
