2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in oil with garlic until transparent. Add water and salt. Bring to boil, cover and cook on low 15 18 minutes
