Two large Boneless chicken breasts
Frank's Buffalo Chicken Sauce
Two hearts of romaine
four stalks of celery
blue cheese dressing
Crusty french rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken thin, and into one inch strips. This is easire if partially frozen. Get the salad base ready in individual shallow bowls. Preheat the pan untill very hot. Add small amount of oil and saute chicken quickly, untill lightly browned. Add desired amount of buffalo sauce and continue to saute a minute or two longer, until some of the sauce is carmelized. Serve over salad, with dressing. Have a lot of iced tea on hand!
