1 lb 90% lean ground beef
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 envelope Ortega taco seasoning
8 burrito size flour tortilla
shredded lettuce
sliced tomatoes
shredded cheese
reduced fat sour cream
pace salsa
hot sauce
jalapeño

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add refried beans and seasoning, adding a little water, if necessary to facilitate mixing. The resulting mixture should be pasty. Fill each shell with about 1/4 to 1/2C of mixture. You can add jalapeños or cheese is you wish. Roll up and place on baking sheet, not touching. Bake at 450º about 10 to 15 minutes, or until slightly crispy. Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa.
