2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 onion , chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c. red wine
1 c. leftover meat, chopped (pork, ham smoked sausage)
olive oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and garlic in oil. Add the meat and lightly brown. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Serve over rice.
