Ingredients:  
1 chicken ( cut up) or use chx.breast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cup minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry onion soup mix on bottom of pan.
Layer rice, then chicken pieces, then soup mixture with milk. Cover bake at 350* for 1 -1/2 hours. I also do pork chops, I first brown the pork chops on both sides.
