1 cup butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 large egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg, mixing well. Mix in dry ingredients, flavoring and coconut. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
