Ingredients:  
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. whipping cream whipped topping
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Let set until thick gelatin and water. Cook over low heat to scald sugar, salt and milk. Stir beaten egg yolks slowly into scalded mixture and bring to boil. Do not over boil. Remove from heat and add gelatin mixture. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate. When ready to serve dab whipped topping and sprinkle with nutmeg. For Christmas add marshcino cherries and holly
