3 c. chicken (cut up)
1 1/2 c. celery ( sautéed in butter )
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 c. cooked rice or minute rice

Mix together. PLace in 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with 2 c. cornflakes browned in 2 Tbsp. butter.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
