1 pound of shrimp, peeled and devained
3 gloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (you can add more if you like it spicier)
juice of one lemon
the zest of one lemon
sauté the ingredients in olive oil and serve.

You can also add a cup of chicken stock and mix with pasta

It's yummy and good for you! If your really watching the carbs you can still
make it as a pasta dish just use less pasta.
