2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. whte wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. creamed horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz. package) ramen noodles crumbled (discard seasoning packet)
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/2 head of cabbage, finely shredded
1/3 c. onion (regular or green), finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: oil, vinegar, sugar, horseradish, salt and pepper and set aside.

Melt butter in skillet and gently toast the ramen noodles; add the almonds and lightly brown; lastly add the sesame seeds being careful not to burn them. Cool down.

Pour the dressing mixture over the shredded cabbage, onion and ramen noodle mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
