frozen or prepared pie crust
8 slices bacon, cooked crisply & crumbled
4 oz Swiss cheese
1/3 c finely chopped onion
4 large eggs
2 c whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Sprinkle bacon, cheese & onion on bottom pie crust. Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients to eggs. Pour into pie crust. Bake 15 min. Reduce oven temperature to 300. Bake 30 min longer or until knife inserted in center comes clean. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
