Ingredients:  
dough: 2 eggs, 1/2 c water, 1/2 tsp salt, & 2c flour

cheese filling: 8 oz farmers cheese, one egg

cabbage filling: head of cabbage, butter, salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Mound flour and make hole in center. Drop egg in hole. Cut flour & egg with knife. Add salt & water. Knead until firm. Rest for 10 min. covered with a warm bowl. Roll out dough. Cut into circles.
Fill. Pinch edges to seal. Cook for 3-5 min in boiling water. Drain. Drizzle with melted butter.
Cheese filling; mix ingredients & spoon into circle.
Cabbage filling: Chop cabbage finely. Saute in frying pan with butter. May salt or add chooped onions to taste.
