1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter
4 oz pork, diced OR
4 oz chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 cups cooked rice, cold
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 stick of butter or an equivalent amount of meat drippings in a large skillet.
Add the meat. Stir fry about 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add the celery, onions, and bell pepper. Saute until the onions are transparent.
Add the cold rice and soy sauce.
Add the pepper & heat through.
