1 can black beans ( Drained ) 1 can white shoepeg corn ( Drained ) 1 package of basil tomato feta cheese 1/3 C sugar 1/3 C olive oil 1/2 C cider vinegar 2-3 green onions ( chopped ) salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together.Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
