1 can mackerel
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. pickle relish
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. onion
1 1/2 c. white sauce (See Soups, Salads, Stews and Sauces section for recipe)
2 hard cooked eggs
6 stuffed olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Flake mackerel; add crumbs, milk, relish, eggs, salt and melted butter. Mix well; pack into greased loaf pan. Set in shallow pan of water and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until loaf becomes firm. Turn out on hot platter and add onion to white sauce and pour over loaf. Arrange egg slices on top with olive slices on top of each egg slice.
