Chopped peppers (2-3)
Chopped mild cheese (1 package)
Chopped tomatoes (3-4)
1 Loaf of Fench Bread
Mayonaise
Bacon (4-5 slices)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice French Bread (3/4" thick) and place on a cooking sheet. Butter each one with a thick layer of Mayonaise. Sprinkle chopped peppers, tomatoes and cheese on top. Take you Bacon and cut into small slices to put on top of each "Yum Yum". Put under the broiler for about 2 minutes or until the Bacon is browned to your liking.
