1 pkg. mild Italian sausage cut into bite size pieces
4 cans beef broth
2-3 cans diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups dry (Cabernet) red wine
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped yellow or orange pepper
1 cup chopped parsley
1 pkg. Tortellini with cheese
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage then put everything except the parsley, peppers, tortellini, and onion into a large pot. Sautee onions after cooking sausage, then put in pot bring to a boil and let simmer for one hour. Add parsley, peppers, and tortellini and simmer an addtional 5-10 minutes. Serve with Parmesan Cheese and bread.
