6 Medium Apples
1 c. Sugar plus 1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Sticks Butter or Margarine
1 Egg
1 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Butter pie plate. Peel and slice 6 medium apples and arrange in Pie plate (may use more apples if needed).

Mix the 1tbsp. of sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples. You may use more if needed.

Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Add 1 egg and 1 cup of sugar mix well. Add 1 cup of flour to melted mixture and mix wel

Pour mixture over the top of the apples.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
