3 medium bananas mashed well
1 cup sugar
½ cup shortening
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas; in separate bowl mix sugar and shortening.
Add vanilla, eggs, milk and bananas. Sift together flour,
baking soda and baking powder.
Gradually add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees in greased and
floured 8" square pan for ½ hour.
