4-5 squares of Bakers unsweetened chocolate
1 cup powdered sugar
cup hot water
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
6 Tbsp. sweet butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate.
Place in bowl and add sugar and water.
Blend, and add egg yolks one at a time.
Beat after each and add one Tbsp. butter at a time.
Beat well after each .
If too soft, place bowl in cold water.
