12 tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and halved
2 jalapeno peppers
1 onion, quartered
1 tsp cumin
fresh cilantro
2 limes for juice
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatillos, peppers and onion in a sauce pan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and poach for about 10 minutes- until they are soft. Drain and put veggies in a blender. Add cumin and puree. Add cilantro, lime juice and salt and pulse until well combined.
