1 cup of celery
1 cup on white onion
1 box of medium seashells
2 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef
2 pounds of Ragu sauce
1 large can of dice tomato's
1 jar of slice mushrooms
2 tbl spoons of garlic powder
1 cup of diced red pepper
1/2 cup of diced green pepper
salt & pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan add ground beef, onions, celery, green & red peppers - cook until ground beef is done.

In a separate sauce pan cook sea shells until tender.

Drain beef mixture and drain seashells noodles.

Transfer all ingredients into a large sauce pan and mix in the Ragu sauce, dice tomato's, mushrooms, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper; allow to cook and simmer for an hour or two for a nice flavoring. Serve hot.
