3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening (lard)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
8 Tbsp. milk
5 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in half of shortening in flour and then cut in remaining shortening. Add baking powder, milk, salt, and water. Mound up into ball and roll out on floured pastry cloth. This crust was a blue ribbon winner at the Ohio State Fair.
