4 cans (29 oz) cut sweet potatoes
2 cans (14 oz) sweetened
1 stick of butter (softened)
condensed milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 stick of butter (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, milk and one stick of butter and whip until good and fluffy; set aside. Blend brown sugar, corn flakes, pecans and butter together in a separate bowl. Then place half the corn flake mixture on the bottom of a 9" x 13" glass casserole pan that is well coated with Pam cooking spray. Spread the sweet potato mixture over top of this crust, then top with the remaining corn flake mixture. Bake at 350º F for forty minutes.
