Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground meat (I recommend venison, Italian sausage, or cudighi)
1 c asiago cheese (shredded)
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
black pepper to taste
minced garlic to taste
salt
cilantro
15 jalapeños

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the tip of the jalapeño stem leaving part of the stem attached. Then slice the jalapeño in half. Next take out the seeds and white part of the jalapeño. Put aside for stuffing.

Preheat oven to 300ºF

Brown the meat in a skillet adding the pepper, garlic, salt, and cilantro to the meat while cooking. After the meat starts to brown, add the 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese. Stir in the cream cheese until it's all melted. Then, add the asiago cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.

Next, use a spoon to scoop the meat and cheese into each jalapeño half and place on a cookie sheet. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. You will have a delicious treat to serve at any party or one hell of a snack!
