1 lb. fettucini noodles
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup garlic, Minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup dry white wine
dash of Tabasco
1/2 tbsp. chicken stock base
1/2 tbsp. beef stock base
1 cup Italian tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cooked lobster, chopped
1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup cooked crab
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
In a large skillet, add olive oil and saute garlic, green onions, parsley, and basil. Add the mushrooms, saute for a few minutes, then add wine,tabasco and tomatoes. Bring to boil then add chicken and beef stocks. Simmer . Then add seafood, simmering until just heated through.
Boil fettucini until al dente. Drain. Add butter then sauce and top with parsley. Serve immediately.
