1 small baby brie cheese wheel
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 to 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange flavored or original craisins
1/4 c. sliced almonds
honey

Directions:
Directions:
Brush entire cheese wheel with melted butter and place in a shallow casserole or quiche dish. Press a thin layer of brown sugar on the top and sides of cheese wheel. Sprinkle craisins and sliced almonds on top. Lightly drizzle honey over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 20 minutes (or until cheese is melted through in the middle). Serve with fancy crackers.
