10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 c. whipping cream
2 T. butter
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 T. flour
1/2 t. shredded lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in flour and cream to make whitesauce. Add cheese until melted. Do not boil the cheese. Cook peas and drain well. Pour the cheese sauce over peas and serve.
