1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 t. salt
1 can cream style corn
1/4 t. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1 small can ev. milk
or Club crackers
4 t. melted butter
8 oz. Swiss cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from whole kernel corn into a cup. Beat eggs slightly and add 1/4 c. of that liquid. Add ev. milk, butter, salt and pepper. Fold in crushed saltines and grated cheese. Place in greased casserole and bake one hour at 325º.
I use a whole pkg. of club crackers and save some for a topping. You can easily add another can or two of corn to this.
