9 c. corn cut off cob 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 T. salt
Boil all ingredients 2-3 min. just to blanche. Cool in pan that is resting in ice water. I use less water to cook and then put ice cubes right in the corn to speed cooling. Place in freezer bags and freeze.
