1 (8 oz) Package Cream Cheese
Toothpicks

Slice red peppers into strips about the length of the salami. Cut cream cheese the same. Wrap a slice of cream cheese and red pepper into the salami, secure with a tooth pick.

This is a quick and easy appetizer that friends just love! It is easy to do, has great flavor and is popular at every function I serve them at. Roasted red bell peppers can be found near the pickles. Use light cream cheese if you wish.
